It is made of 304 or 316 stainless steel with sealing o-ring, including CR2016,CR2025,CR2032,CR2430,CR2450 etc； and we also have coin cell case with Aluminum coated on the inside of the positive can.

| Application Note | 1.After perfectly crimping, the External Height should be around 3.0mm. 2.The diameter of the inner ring of the plastic gasket for the coin cell 2032 is around 16.39mm. 3.Usually, a case does not need to clean before crimping, but if you do need to clean the case, please put in ethanol for 4-6 hrs, and use Oven to dry serval hours, (please set the oven to 30C, if it has ORING.) |
