I.Equipment overview
1. Equipment function: The automatic roll to sheet cup forming machine is a machine specially designed for the aluminum-plastic film forming of lithium batteries. The forming molds made according to customer requirements , can realize the forming of aluminum-plastic film casings of lithium-ion batteries of different sizes, and have high safety performance , easy maintenance and other advantages.
2. Scope of applicability: The mold can also be designed with corresponding mechanical dimensions according to different specifications and different products provided by customers.
3. The working principle of the equipment: apply a high-precision forming pressurized cylinder to drive a set of precision forming molds. After reaching the lower mold, a pressurized space with a high precision can be formed. When the pressurizing work reaches the set range, the lower mold works to press and form.
